Command Availability
Enable or Disable Commands
Each command can be activated or deactivated individually. Disabled commands will not respond in Twitch chat.
Cooldown Configuration
Cooldowns help prevent spam and control how often commands can be executed. Each command supports its own cooldown settings.
| Setting | Description | Typical Value |
|---|---|---|
| Command Cooldown | Minimum time before the command can be used again | 30 seconds |
Moderators are allowed to bypass cooldowns by default.
Command Permissions
You can restrict who is allowed to use each command:
- Everyone – All viewers
- Subscribers – Active subscribers only
- VIPs – VIPs and higher
- Moderators – Moderators only
Custom Command Responses
Commands can return dynamic responses using FACEIT variables. These placeholders are replaced in real time when the command is executed.
{user}– Twitch username{elo}– Current FACEIT ELO{level}– FACEIT level{kd}– K/D ratio{winrate}– Win rate percentage{matches}– Total matches played{match_history}– Recent match history
The available variables depend on the selected command type and configuration. Additional variables are added continuously.
Bot Requirements
For Twitch chat commands to work correctly, the FACEITSync bot must be present in your channel and have sufficient permissions.
- The bot joins your channel automatically when commands are enabled
- Moderator permissions are required for full functionality (recommended)
- Without moderator rights, certain commands may not respond or may be blocked by Twitch rate limits
- Commands like predictions, clips, and advanced responses require mod access
If the bot is not responding, make sure the user FACEITSync is listed as a moderator in your Twitch channel.
You can re-invite the bot at any time via the dashboard if needed.
