Moderator Access allows you to securely grant trusted Twitch moderators access to your FACEITSync dashboard. This enables smooth stream management without sharing your login credentials.
What Moderator Access Is
Instead of assigning individual permissions manually, FACEITSync uses a secure invitation-based system. Moderators join your dashboard via a temporary invite link and receive controlled access to manage features on your behalf.
What Moderators Can Do
- Manage FACEITSync features such as Predictions, Overlays and Chat Commands
- Access your dashboard to configure stream-related settings
- Help during live streams without interrupting gameplay
What Moderators Cannot Do
- Access payment or subscription information
- Delete your account
- Change critical security or ownership settings
Inviting a Moderator
- Go to Dashboard → Moderator Access
- Create an invitation link
- Set the maximum number of uses
- Set how long the link is valid (e.g. 24 hours)
- Send the link to your moderator
Once the moderator accepts the invitation, they will immediately appear in your moderator list.
Managing Active Invitations
- View all active and expired invitation links
- See how many times a link was used
- Revoke invitations instantly if needed
Your Moderators
All connected moderators are listed in the Your Moderators section. From there you can:
- See who currently has access
- Remove moderators at any time
Moderating Other Streamers
If you receive an invitation from another streamer, they will appear under Streamers you moderate. You can switch between dashboards without logging out or changing accounts.
Security Notes
- All moderator actions are logged for transparency
- Access can be revoked instantly
- Invitation links expire automatically
- No password sharing required
Best Practices
- Only invite moderators you fully trust
- Use short expiration times for invite links
- Regularly review your moderator list
