Creating Your Account

Create your FACEITSync account in under a minute. Choose your role (Streamer, Player, Moderator, Viewer), sign in with Twitch, and optionally connect Steam or FACEIT for full CS2 match tracking and automation.

Creating a FACEITSync account takes less than a minute. During signup, you can define how you use the platform by selecting one or multiple roles. This helps FACEITSync tailor features like predictions, overlays, and moderator access to your needs.

Step 1: Sign in with Twitch

1. Visit faceitsync.com/en
2. Click "Sign in with Twitch"
3. Authorize FACEITSync to access your Twitch account
4. Your account and dashboard are created instantly

Step 2: Choose Your Role

During onboarding, you can select one or multiple roles depending on how you use FACEITSync:

• Streamer – Use automatic Twitch Predictions, overlays, and bot commands
• Player – Track FACEIT stats, match history, and ELO progression
• Moderator – Manage predictions and match-related actions via Mod Access
• Viewer – Participate in predictions and explore player profiles

You can change or combine roles at any time in your account settings.

Step 3: Connect Steam (Recommended)

To enable automatic FACEIT account detection and reliable match tracking, connecting your Steam account is strongly recommended.

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account
2. Click "Connect" next to Steam
3. Log in with your Steam credentials
4. FACEITSync automatically detects your linked FACEIT profile

Step 4: Connect FACEIT (Alternative)

If your Steam account is not linked to FACEIT, you can connect FACEIT directly:

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account
2. Click "Connect" next to FACEIT
3. Authorize via FACEIT OAuth

Complete Profile Requirements

For full functionality, the following connections are required:

• ✅ Twitch – Required for login and platform access
• ✅ Steam or FACEIT – Required for CS2 stats, matches, and predictions

Tip: Connecting both Steam and FACEIT provides the most reliable match detection and prevents missing or delayed matches.
